Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer but we always work hard to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Time
Shipping typically takes:

  • USA, Canada, UK, NZ: 7–15 business days

  • Other Countries: 7–20 business days

Times vary depending on product demand, warehouse location and customs clearance.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels so we can get products to you faster.
