If you need to return an item:

Step 1: Email us at support@lumafinds.com
Step 2: Include your order number + photos if applicable
Step 3: We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or send a replacement.

Important Notes:

• We do not accept returns for items that were delivered more than 30 days ago

• Sale items may not be eligible for refunds

• Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty
